SHIPPING PROCESS

We ship with FedEx 2-day shipping.  This way you get your dress on time and we can keep track of our inventory and keep it moving on to the next customer.

 

Due to the retail cost of the dresses,​ a signature is required at delivery. Please be aware of this when selecting your delivery address.  FedEx will deliver to your workplace or one of their shipping stations if that is more convenient for you.  Include these details at check out.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed rental price.  You can review our shipping costs below.

LOCAL PICKUP

 

For those customers located in the Boston area, we offer a free pick up option. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time.

 

SHOWCASE COLLECTION

 

We ship items from our Showcase collection using the USPS. There is a flat rate of $7.20 per item each way. 

If you are renting items from our Showcase Collection only, you can save on shipping.  Add 'Showcase Shipping' to your cart, and use coupon code 'SHOWCASE' to eliminate the standard 2-Day Shipping cost. Due to the cost and size of dresses in our other collections, we cannot ship using a flat rate.

TRY-ON RENTALS

For 'Try-On' Rentals we can occasionally ship using FedEx ground (when the schedule allows).  If you are not in a rush and are interested in this option, please let us know.
